JOHN KIRKHAM HALL
John Kirkham Hall is our largest meeting space, seating up to 200 people. It features a top-quality PA system complete with the latest audio and visual equipment, including a ceiling-mounted data projector, sound desk (Roland V-Mixer M-300 – 32 Channel), wireless microphones, and an induction loop. The room is air-conditioned for guest comfort, and the walls are fitted with panels to improve the acoustics, making it perfect for any event with live music. A baby grand piano is also permanently in the room and available for groups to use if they wish. For events requiring table seating, we can provide 12 round tables if needed. This is the ideal space for large conferences or awards evenings.

COURTEENHALL
Courteenhall is our second-largest conference room — a versatile space illuminated with natural light. The room is equipped with a PA system, fixed projector, and loop system to assist those with hearing difficulties. It’s perfect for moderately sized meetings and also works well as a breakout space for team-building activities. A piano is permanently in the room and available for groups to use if they wish.

Rockingham
Rockingham is a moderately sized conference room equipped with a projector and sound system. Often a popular choice for training courses and meetings in a boardroom style. A piano is permanently in the room and available for groups to use if they wish.
Teeton
Teeton is a versatile space with a unique room layout that features a small breakout space at the front of the room. Teeton is popular choice for training courses and meetings.

Our Boardroom attracts plenty of natural light and is situated upstairs meaning it is secluded from the rest of our rooms, making it a fantastic space for private meetings.
Unfortunately this venue room is located on the first floor and is our only conference room with no lift or wheelchair access.
Carey
CAPACITY
Carey can facilitate between 12 to 20 people. This room is a great space to use for prayer, small team gatherings, as a green room for guest speakers or to store equipment.
