Weekend Residential Conference
Is your group looking for a conference weekend away? This residential package includes full board accommodation, from dinner on Friday night through to lunch on Sunday before departure and your very own conference space (minimum of 12 paying guests). For every budget, no hidden charges, seasonal prices and value dates are available.
What is included
- Two night residential
- Arrival time 4.00pm, departure time 2pm (please see upgrades)
- Full Board, from dinner on day 1, through to lunch on day 3
- Complimentary tea and coffee from our coffee bar throughout your stay plus biscuits and juice during your morning and afternoon breaks
- Shared accommodation in twin-bedded en-suite bedrooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Linen, towels and soap provided
- Includes a conference/seminar room suitable for your group size
- One free leader place for over 50 full stay paying guests, a second free place for 100 or more
- Family Discounts for adult/family groups where children are accompanied by their parents
Special requests?
We offer sole use of the centre if you book for a minimum of 120 full stay paying guests.
If you would like to include a bank holiday or a longer period of time, no problem, let us know and we can look into availability and options.
1-Night Weekend stays are also an option, please do enquire for availability and details.

- Sports activities or access to our Spinney/Woodland area complete with log cabin, play area and firepit through King’s Park Sports Centre. Residential groups receive a 20% discount on selected and available sports

- Enjoy a single bedroom for a small additional charge (subject to availability)
- The arrival and departure times can be flexible and we can extend your stay by adding a meal or refreshment break (subject to availability)
Midweek Residential Conference
Is your group looking for a midweek conference? This residential package includes full board accommodation, from dinner on arrival night through to lunch on departure and your very own conference space (minimum of 12 paying guests).

- One night or more nights residential
- Arrival time 4.00pm, departure time 2pm (please see upgrades)
- Full Board, from dinner on arrival day, through to lunch on departure day
- Complimentary tea and coffee from our coffee bar throughout your stay plus biscuits and juice during your morning and afternoon breaks
- Shared accommodation in twin-bedded en-suite bedrooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Linen, towels and soap provided
- Enjoy a bedroom on your own for free. (Subject to availability)
